You can register your business here and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you with a new business application or you can call / email us first to Obtain an application. Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be established.International:

Online Orders:
Please fellow the steps:
- Log in to My Account (Use your email address and password)
- Search frame from model number
- Select color
- Select size if available
- Select ordering quantity
- Click "ADD TO CART"
- Click Shopping Bag on top right corner of the page
- Click "CHECKOUT"
- Select "SHIPPING METHOD" and click "NEXT"
- Click "Do you have any comments regarding the order" to add specific notes regarding the order
- Click "PLACE ORDER"

Email us at cs@optimateinc.com. Please provide your account number, shipping address and style/size/color of frame along with quantity. You may also include Patient name/Tray number if needed.

There is no minimum order amount or order quantity. You may order as many frames as you�d like, for business to business orders. Please NOTE that we do not sell individual frames for personal purchases.
- What kind of Payment methods do you accept?

You can track your order by logging in to your account. Tracking numbers are located in the Order History section.
- Is wholesale purchasing available?
Wholesale purchasing is currently only available to international customers. For wholesale and distributor inquiries, please email us at cs@optimateinc.com
- Do I need to pay Sales Tax?
A 9.75% surcharge will be charged for all customers located in California only (unless you provide re-sellers permit number)
