  • How do I open an account?

    You can register your business here and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you with a new business application or you can call / email us first to Obtain an application. Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be established.

    Please email us at cs@optimateinc.com to see if you are eligible for an account.

  • Why do I need to be registered user?

    We must confirm that an account has been established in order to process your order.

  • How can I place an order?
    • Online Orders:

      Please fellow the steps:

      1. Log in to My Account (Use your email address and password)
      2. Search frame from model number
      3. Select color
      4. Select size if available
      5. Select ordering quantity
      6. Click "ADD TO CART"
      7. Click Shopping Bag on top right corner of the page
      8. Click "CHECKOUT"
      9. Select "SHIPPING METHOD" and click "NEXT"
      10. Click "Do you have any comments regarding the order" to add specific notes regarding the order
      11. Click "PLACE ORDER"

    • Phone Orders:

      To place an order by phone simply call us from 8 AM - 5 PM (PST):

      *Note: Be sure to have you account number, phone number, shipping address, and order information ready before calling in. This is available for Domestic accounts only.

    • Email Orders:

      Email us at cs@optimateinc.com. Please provide your account number, shipping address and style/size/color of frame along with quantity. You may also include Patient name/Tray number if needed.

    • Fax Orders:

      Fax in your order at (626)821-1389. Please make sure to provide your account number and any contact information on the order. *Domestic accounts only*

  • Do you have a minimum order amount? If so, what are the minimum order quantities?

    There is no minimum order amount or order quantity. You may order as many frames as you�d like, for business to business orders. Please NOTE that we do not sell individual frames for personal purchases.

  • What kind of Payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and checks.

  • How can I track my order?

    You can track your order by logging in to your account.  Tracking numbers are located in the Order History section.

  • Is wholesale purchasing available?

    Wholesale purchasing is currently only available to international customers.  For wholesale and distributor inquiries, please email us at cs@optimateinc.com

  • Do I need to pay Sales Tax?

    A 9.75% surcharge will be charged for all customers located in California only (unless you provide re-sellers permit number)
