- How do I open an account?Domestic: 
 You can register your business here and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you with a new business application or you can call / email us first to Obtain an application. Please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be established.International:

- Why do I need to be registered user?We must confirm that an account has been established in order to process your order. 
- How can I place an order?- 
    Online Orders:
    Please fellow the steps: - Log in to My Account (Use your email address and password)
- Search frame from model number
- Select color
- Select size if available
- Select ordering quantity
- Click "ADD TO CART"
- Click Shopping Bag on top right corner of the page
- Click "CHECKOUT"
- Select "SHIPPING METHOD" and click "NEXT"
- Click "Do you have any comments regarding the order" to add specific notes regarding the order
- Click "PLACE ORDER"

    To place an order by phone simply call us from 8 AM - 5 PM (PST):

    Email us at cs@optimateinc.com. Please provide your account number, shipping address and style/size/color of frame along with quantity. You may also include Patient name/Tray number if needed.

- Do you have a minimum order amount? If so, what are the minimum order quantities?There is no minimum order amount or order quantity. You may order as many frames as you�d like, for business to business orders. Please NOTE that we do not sell individual frames for personal purchases. 
- What kind of Payment methods do you accept?Domestic: 
 We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and checks.International: 
 We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and wire transfer.
- How can I track my order?You can track your order by logging in to your account. Tracking numbers are located in the Order History section. 
- Is wholesale purchasing available?Wholesale purchasing is currently only available to international customers. For wholesale and distributor inquiries, please email us at cs@optimateinc.com 
- Do I need to pay Sales Tax?A 9.75% surcharge will be charged for all customers located in California only (unless you provide re-sellers permit number)
